Jen Saechao began working at Living Water Counseling Center in 2012. Jen has worked in the counseling field for over 20 years. Jen has worked as a residential counselor, Multisystemic Therapist for adjudicated youth, provided mental health supports and intensive in-home counseling and supervised therapeutic Day Treatment sites. In addition, Jen has worked in crisis intervention and suicide assessment and prevention.
Jen’s areas of focus are children in foster care, trauma, divorce, anxiety, depression, Autism, ADHD, and various behavioral disorders. Jen believes that the therapeutic relationship is a special relationship that can foster growth, emotional healing and positive outcomes.
Jen utilizes play therapy, person-centered, reality based, behavioral, CBT and EMDR therapy.
When not counseling, Jen enjoys spending time with her 5 children, running races, hiking, biking and anything in nature.
